Studio Liability and Usage Agreement
Welcome to 505 Golf Lab. By accessing our private Trackman studio, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this comprehensive safety waiver. Your entry into the facility signifies a binding agreement to maintain our high standards of play and care for the environment.
Facility Use
The studio is designed for premium golf practice. We expect all visitors to behave respectfully. This includes maintaining moderate noise levels to respect neighbors, ensuring all trash is disposed of, and strictly adhering to our alcohol policy—consumption is limited and must not lead to impairment. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. You are responsible for the actions of every guest you bring; ensure they follow all posted signage and equipment guidelines. Any behavior deemed reckless or damaging to the facility's atmosphere is strictly prohibited.
Staffing
505 Golf Lab operates as a fully self-serve, unstaffed facility available 24/7. Upon booking, you are entrusted with the security of the building. You are solely responsible for starting and ending your session on time, troubleshooting the technology via provided guides, and ensuring the door is securely locked when you depart. Because there is no on-site supervision, your adherence to the internal security protocols and posted house rules is mandatory for the safety of the entire community.
Trackman Safety
The use of golf equipment involves inherent risks, including the danger of being struck by swinging clubs or high-velocity balls rebounding off surfaces. Users must remain within the designated hitting areas and ensure all other guests stay well clear of the swing path. You agree to use the Trackman technology and hitting bays only as intended. Please note that any intentional misuse or negligent damage to the screen, turf, sensors, or cameras will result in immediate repair charges billed to the card on file for the reservation.
Legal Waiver
By using 505 Golf Lab, you voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during your session. You hereby release and hold harmless 505 Golf Lab from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your use of the space or the equipment therein. This assumption of risk extends to any guests you invite into the studio during your time slot. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damages caused by yourself or your party, including legal fees incurred to resolve disputes or damages.
